Alauyatawala school is situated in Mahiyanga in Badulla district of Sri Lanka. This school was in dire need of a water filtration system. It was highly challenging for the school to function due to the lack of pure water. Students and the staff had to struggle daily to find drinkable water from the neighbourhood. It even put them at risk of developing water-related diseases. Identifying the unfortunate situation, PureHydro came up with a better water purification system. Dutuwewa Peranigama Gamini Rajamaha viharaya is located in Anuradhapura. At this temple, obtaining pure water has been a struggle throughout. It was an interruption for daily activities at the temple for the priests and the villagers. They had to face difficulties in finding pure water for daily consumption and other usages. The water they had in the temple premises was not clean enough for these purposes. PureHydro came up with a better water treatment solution for Dutuwewa Peranigama Gamini Rajamaha Viharaya. Field Crop Research and Development Institute Mahailuppallama is an economic crop research centre. It is situated in Anuradapura in the North central province of Sri Lanka. They work with the mission of achieving revitalizing farmers in the field crops sector and contribute towards national food security. One of their main objectives is to develop improved soil and water conservation methods. They needed a quality water filter that could benefit all of their activities. PureHydro provided them with the Blue Wave industrial water filter.

Koonwewa Vidyalaya is a school situated in Koonwewa, Kahatagasdigiliya. This school was in dire need of a water treatment solution. Students and teachers of this school had to face difficulties during school hours due to a lack of pure water. They couldn’t survive with the little water they brought from home. Collecting drinkable water from the neighbourhood was sometimes even interrupting regular teaching-learning processes. They were worried about the sanitization and hygiene of the students within the school premises too. It was during such a situation that PureHydro got introduced to Koonwewa Vidyalaya. We were able to provide them with an affordable water purification system to solve all of their problems. Blue Wave was installed for the Koonwewa Vidyalaya Water Filter project.
